Week one: 4th-11th July 'advancing one's level of practice.' week two & three: 11th-25th July 'progressively furthering insights, skills and techniques.' This will be particularly useful for teachers and committed students of yoga. Establishing your level of practice and learning how to progressively deepen in practice and understanding.

Venue: In Sabina, Italy
