We will be running our 3 week Retreat in Orviety, Italy again in July 2012.
Week one deals with 'advancing one's level of practice' and week two and three with 'progressively furthering insights, skills and techniques'. Week two and three will be particularly useful for teachers and committed students of yoga. Establishing your level of practice and learning how to progressively deepen in practice and understanding.
